Mr. Paulson’s experience includes selling the benefits of (PAS) to property management firms through the United States.  Details of work requirements include field audits and putting together a number of customized national accounts programs with current and new clients that are a now a majority of PAS annual sales.  Companies signed over the past three years include Fairfield Residential, Kennedy-Wilson, Whiteco, Internacional Realty, etc.

Mr. Paulson has thirty years of experience in real estate of which twenty-five years is directly related to property and asset management of apartment real estate.  The other five years include real estate brokerage and financial management.  Mr. Paulsons biggest experiences during his twenty-five year career include running the largest apartment management firm in the U.S. in the late 1980’s with 180,000 apartment units over a 42 state area and being President of a number of publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts which were a part of a real estate investment company in the 1990’s.  His management experience with apartments goes from affordable housing to setting up apartment development programs for conventional high end residential housing.
